Road repair specialists Velocity have acquired Archway Roadmaster UK business from their Irish parent company, Archway Products.
Based in Scunthorpe, Archway Roadmaster operate a fleet of front-mounted spray-injection patching machines.
This acquisition solely relates to the UK contracting business of Archway Roadmaster. Machine sales and Service Level Agreements will continue to be managed by Archway Products Ltd in Ireland.
Dominic Gardner, managing director of Velocity Roads Group said: “Archway Roadmaster has a great reputation for delivering services for local authorities and maintenance contractors throughout the UK.
“Our goal is to build on that reputation and grow Archway Roadmaster long into the future. We want this acquisition to be really positive for Archway Roadmaster, its customers and employees.”
Archway Roadmaster will continue to run independently, as it is today.
Operationally, all contracts and contacts with the company will remain the same as they were before the change of ownership.
